STRENGTH 30 is designed to build strength, fast. You'll need an adjustable dumbbell set, Swiss ball, gliding disc and a mini band.

Your teacher leads you through a combination of dumbbell exercises, bodyweight resistance training movements and intelligent core work. This class covers every variable necessary to ensure you build strength in the fastest and most effective way possible.

STRENGTH 30 is one of the more challenging classes on the TFOD platform and is best used after learning the basics of our other classes, such as CIRCUIT 30. This class is your next step in becoming a more athletic you.
