Move 30 is your slow and careful introduction into exercise. This class is designed for complete beginners, those with existing injuries as well as those looking for a gentle introduction into fitness training. MOVE 30 provides you with the base level of fitness you'll need to perform some of our more challenging classes. Your teacher will help you improve your posture and enhance your movement. This class is designed to help you get the most out of life.

This low energy fitness class has been carefully created to enhance the way you move, without the need of any specialist equipment. Your class will loosen tight muscles and improve range of motion throughout your joints. You'll learn to move your body with more control as you gradually build strength, core control and improve your balance.

The movements and exercises you perform in your class will reduce joint and muscle pain. You'll strengthen weaker muscles that often get overlooked and begin to relax those muscles that are often tight and painful. Together, with your expert teacher, you'll enhance your posture and begin to build fundamental movement patterns you'll use in everyday life.
