Suitable for anyone and everyone. Your teacher takes you through a sequence of movements, designed to challenge your core muscles and enhance the way you move. Build strength and control with a class designed to protect your spine and improve coordination.

Your core is the glue that holds your entire body together. Training the core is the one thing that makes you better at everything else you do. Whether it's your favourite sport or chasing after the kids, you'll do it better, with more control.

These classes are slower paced with an emphasis on control and breathing. We remove restrictions throughout the body to improve overall skill levels. Training the core enhances overall athleticism and ensures your body is resilient enough to withstand the stresses of daily life.

Your classes are categorised as Level 1 Beginner, Level 2 Intermediate and Level 3 Advanced. We recommend you begin by performing Level 1 classes and move up a level when you feel you would like to be challenged more.
